Where You Are Today

We've taken the time to deeply understand your current situation. Here's what we identified.

🎯

Identifying leads is solved — reaching them isn't

Your Claude skill already finds the right Nextdoor posts. The bottleneck moves to the next step: actually getting a message in front of the person before the post gets buried.

🔎

Public-data cross-referencing is a maze

Name-to-contact lookup has a dozen providers with different match rates, freshness, and costs. Picking the wrong one means low hit rates and wasted spend; picking right means most of your identified leads become reachable.

📵

Multi-channel outbound without guardrails gets you blocked

Nextdoor has automation limits, SMS has TCPA and carrier filtering, and cold email has its own deliverability rules. The system needs to respect each channel's playbook or the whole pipeline dies in week two.

A pragmatic Nextdoor → enrichment → multi-channel nurture pipeline

Your existing skill stays. I add the layer that turns an identified lead into a real conversation: name + neighborhood reverse-lookup against the best-fit data provider for your area, draft messages per channel (Nextdoor DM, email, SMS) in your voice, and a controlled send path that respects each platform's rules. Replies route back into a single inbox so nothing slips. Built so we can prove it on 20 leads before scaling.

Services & Deliverables

Everything you need — built, delivered, and ready to run.

🧩

Phase 1 — Integrate with your existing skill

  • Review the Claude Cowork skill output format you're already producing
  • Set up a clean data layer (Airtable or Sheets) that captures every identified lead with the post, author, neighborhood, and keyword hit
  • Define what 'good lead' looks like in structured fields — score, urgency, service type
  • Output contract so the enrichment + outbound layer can rely on consistent input
🔍

Phase 2 — Reverse-lookup enrichment

  • Benchmark 2–3 people-data providers (e.g., Endato, BeenVerified API, PeopleDataLabs) on a sample of your real leads
  • Pick the highest match rate at acceptable cost per lookup for your specific area
  • Pipeline: name + city/state → email + phone, with confidence score attached
  • Discards low-confidence matches automatically — no contacting the wrong person
✉️

Phase 3 — Multi-channel drafts + send

  • Claude drafts three variants per lead: short Nextdoor DM, email opener, SMS opener — each tied to the specific post they made
  • Nextdoor DM goes to an approval queue for you to one-tap send (platform-safe pattern)
  • Email goes via a warmed-up domain with deliverability monitoring
  • SMS goes via Twilio with compliance language baked into the first message
🔁

Phase 4 — Reply handling + nurture

  • Unified inbox — Nextdoor responses, email replies, SMS replies all show up in one place
  • Claude classifies each reply (interested, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe) and surfaces the hot ones
  • Light nurture sequence for 'not now' leads — periodic check-ins, opt-out respected
  • Every interaction logged so we can see what's working and tune over time

How We Get There

A clear, phased approach so you always know what's next.

1
Integrate + Data Layer Week 1

Hook into your existing skill, define output contract, stand up the data layer and approval surface.

2
Enrichment Pilot Week 1–2

Benchmark providers against your real leads, pick the winner, wire the lookup pipeline.

3
Drafts + Send Week 2

Claude drafting per channel, approval queue for Nextdoor DMs, email + SMS infra live.

4
Pilot 20 Leads + Tune Week 3

Run end-to-end on 20 real leads, measure match rate and reply rate, tune drafts and provider before scaling.

Ready to move forward

Let's prove it on 20 leads first.

30 minutes to walk through your skill's current output, pick the 20 leads to pilot with, and confirm which channels you want active for the first run.
